YouTube Chapter Generator is a browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate chapter timestamps for YouTube videos. The Extension operates on a credit-based system, where each chapter generation consumes one credit.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any part thereof at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use the Extension, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Credits and Payments

The Extension operates on a credit system. New users receive a limited number of free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through the Extension.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Extension to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Extension or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Extension
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the Extension

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by YouTube Chapter Generator and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Extension without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouTube Chapter Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Extension
• Any content obtained from the Extension
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use the Extension after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
